In a word, no. The pills work by increasing blood flow to the penis, so (good ones) probably have the effect of giving you stronger erections, but they will not give you any extra size. Apart from surgery (which is dangerous & very expensive), the only penis enlargement method which works is exercises. Because they increase the amount of blood that the penis can physically hold, you can gain extra inches length and width if you do them properly. To be honest it really does depend where and what pills you buy. One thing you must understand is that pills alone will not enlarge the penis, they increase blood flow which when combined with an exercise program you can increase the penis by up to 3 inches. Many of the people that have tried pills and not seen results have probably not been told that they do need to combine the pills with exercises. These exercise can take only 7 minutes a day and are very simple to understand and follow. There are however many benefits from just taking the pills such as stronger, harder erections, longer lasting erections and an improved stamina. So yes pills do work but if your wanting to to enlarge the penis then you need to ensure that your order does come with an exercise program :) I hope that helps

Hey... Ronnie here... Perhaps my story could be of some help to you For the past 6 months or so now I've been a member of this penis enlargement program website which has worked amazing for me....
