Question: Is there an actual medical procedure for penis enlargement?

Is there actually surgery for lengthening the penis and if so, do you get to keep the foreskin and sexual sensitivity from not being circumcised.

There are 2 types of penis enlargement surgery. First, penile injection, where fat from elsewhere in the body is injected into the shaft of the penis. This will give you increased girth, but as the penis does not normally contain any fat, the injections can leave your penis with an unnatural feel and appearance. The fat can also shift, causing an uneven & misshaped penis. Second, cutting the suspensory ligament that holds the penis, which makes it dangle more and so appear longer. Often this will not actually make the erect penis any longer than before, and since the support is now gone, the erect penis often points downwards rather than up. Both forms of surgery are dangerous, in some cases leading to erectile dysfunction and disfigurement. Sexual sensitivity can also be reduced following surgery.
