Question: How do penis enlargement pills work?

I have a hard time understanding how a pill can direct all it's working powers into a specific place like the penis instead of effecting all areas of the body..especially since it's based on blood flow etc... anyone have some insight?

I guess it is similar to having a medicine for your headache or sinusitis...the medicine spreads to all over the body through the blood stream but works on that specific areas. They dont. there is no true scientific study to support the idea that they work. theyre all just over glorified viagra

That's because they don't work. If they have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA - it's not wise to take them anyway.

HI, Pills don't work - they do not make your penis grow. Pills which assist erection are based on targeting 'extremes' of body. Though they are meant to target the lower parts it doesn't always work that way. If you take e.g. Viagra, not only your penis will have more blood flow.
