They never work. Ever. Its like saying a pill can make you taller, or your fingers longer. It does not make sense. Just learn to accept yourself.

They never work, the only thing that can work is surgery and that only makes it slightly bigger, and i think it hurts. Be happy you even got a penis, I asked for one for Christmas years a go and I still ain't got it. Maybe this year.

No - they do NOT work. They will be happy to take your money & laugh all the way to the bank. They KNOW you won't complain that it does not work because you do not want the embarrassment of others knowing your personal business. How about your lifestyle? Dear Dan, Up to this day there have been no studies proving that penis enlargement pills work. Normally whenever a medicine is developed it is reviewed in medical peer journals. None of the these have mentioned that taking pills will lead to a bigger penis. There is also no record of a penis enlargement pill being approved by the FDA. This is something serious to look at. The FDA makes sure that any medicine that is put on the shelves of America are safe and have little or no side effects. So since none of the male enhancement pills have been approved by this major organization. Then there is no way to tell if taking them will even be safe for you or others. You are also left in the a dark about possible side effects which could leave you worst than when you started. I would recommend to stick with natural exercises to make your penis thicker and longer. Here is one for you to start with. First become fully erect. Then place a small towel over the length of your penis (shaft). Then contract the muscles to make your penis stand all the way up against the resistance of the towel. Hold up this position for about 3 to 6 seconds. Do about 4 to 8 repetitions of this. Then break and do another 2 or three sets. This will exercise you muscles that control your orgasms and your strength of your penis. Hope this helps you out my friend!

Dan, I see you're getting all kinds of advice that I'm sure you do not find any value in. What you want is to know how you can better satisfy your wife. I'm guessing you think you think your penis isn't big enough to handle the job, right? So your question is do penis enlargement pills really work... the short answer is not really. My husband DOES NOT have a small penis by any stretch ofthe imagination, but he did want some extra girth, because that's just how he is. We tried some of those enlargement pills, but they didn't make him longer...maybe a bit thicker, but that's about it. Will a little extra girth be useful to you...heck yes! You could also use some adult toys to spruce up your sex-life. Check this out, I hope it helps.

I don't know about pills but I am certain that some devices like for example penis extenders must work , I've seen stretched neck of some african tribe women and basically is the same concept.
