I have seen in news and intrnet that applying heat to penis is bad for potency, but penile- enlargement websites recommend warming up before starting exercises. So, is warming- up harmful for potency. Actually, I warmed up my penis and groin once, with warm cloth, but since then I feel a little weak in my PC/ Kegel muscle area when I try to contract it. Also, my penis when erect, is visibly less harder than before. So, please tell me whether I was wrong somewhere while warming up or the PE websites are trading potency for large penis size.
