What is a normal increase in blood pressure during exercise or working out?
I am a physically healthy 29 year old male, but I do have a history of anxiety and panic attacks.When I'm not anxious, my resting heart rate is anywhere from 65 70 bpm and usually averages 80 90 bpm at work mail carrier constantly on the move .My blood pressure is usually in the 120 65 135 75 range. Mildly anxious will put it in the 150 85 range. However, when I'm lifting weights, my blood pressure will increase dramatically to around 185 100 and my pulse will be in the 140 bpm area.I know the increase in heart rate is normal, but I am just curious if the dramatic blood pressure increase is normal healthy.

Is this normal....increase in weight even tho exercise 4-6 times a week?
Always been hwavily into martial arts mixed running and swimming. I have always been around 9stone, but got weigheed last night by the nurse and I am now 9st13, couldnt bloody believe it Nurse told me it is a result of running and kick boxing. Is this normal for weight to increase like this? Nurse told me muscle is heavier than fat, is that true? If so how? Thanx for all input. xMy diet consists of Pint of hot water first thing, then cereal or wholemeal toast.Lunch Salad, or wholemeal pasta with raw salad veg, a salad sandwich or soup.Snacks fruit, natural yoghurt with honey and berries, 2 litres of water.Tea fish or protein based meal with roasted veg rice or jacket pot. I dont think I am eating many calories at all as I rarely eat treats or crisps or chips.
