I know that grabbing your arms and pushing together helps, but only a little bit over the years. For example I write left- handed so that breast is slightly bigger. But I'm 34 A and want to be fuller. What's stupid is that I am working out, because I am slightly overweight, and the more fat you have the more estrogen your body makes, which makes me wonder why my boobs stick out much less then my stomach.
