No..i haven't because i am not female. but i would just like to say.. what the hell are you thinking??? are you like 15 or 16 and want a bigger chest? i mean c'mon...that stuff doesn't work...and honestly breast enhancement isn't natural...so no they don't work... oh and...if you are like 15 or 16.. it's OK they will get bigger...possibly maybe not, but most women have chest growth until about 21 or 22..no need for enhancement..you could end up hurting yourself in the end... Waste of $$$

Besides the fact that these don't work, buying nutritional/ herbal supplements over the Internet is extremely risky. Tests by the FDA have shown that a majority are not what they say, and in many cases could be dangerous to ingest. That's not counting the cases where the "stores " are not really stores at all, but just fronts to steal your credit card number. I work for a bank and was involved in helping to track down a case that resulted in over $2,000 in fraudulent charges to a customer's debit card.

For breast enhancements you better be ready for sugar, and to regulate that so you don't get fat all over is to avoid any upper body exercises. Oh yeah... dont use the internet, because most of the stuff hasn't been approved by the FDA and you may get cancer or some disease. But really its based on your sugar (what "helped " me) intake and genetics. But being well endowed actually gives you back problems in the long run. I have to go to chiropractors and acupuncturist because my frame cant support.

I use isometric exercise...and they stay perked...I really do not like wearing a bra if I do not have to so I want them naturally firm.
