Do exercises like "stretching " and "jelqing " mess up or stunt natural growth if your still a teenager and therefore still growing?

Well there are some pretty good guides online which you can try out, they certainly don't do any harm, even when you're a teen.

It can actual harm the function of it if it is done to excess. There are dudes in India that actually attach weights to help stretch it. The end up with a long noodle that is completely broken.

Doesn't really do anything. But my buddy used that Extenz stuff it's like a pill I think and he said he got some results from that. So there are other ways then surgery.
