I am only an A cup (barely LOL) I want bigger bust not to big though. But I'm not all that sure if I should take this at my age. I need reviews

Society tells us that we should be this way or that way. You have to embrace who you are, it took me 23 years to do that but I am finally happy with myself, other than I want to be more healthy. I have double D's, trust me I am not bragging. They suck and I have bad chest and back pains because of them. I know that A is small but there are plenty of men (and women) who love small chests. If you are only doing it for yourself then that is okay but I wouldn't suggest taking something. There are bras that make you fuller and you could also get inserts. I know how it feels to not look right in a shirt because of the size of my boobs. They pop out too much. But I know that it is different in your case. Be proud of yourself and don't think that you have to get breast implants because they cause too many problems and even death. Don't try to change for anyone. You may want to go to a doctor to see if there is anything natural that you can do to make them a little fuller. I know that you are young but think of the fact that when you have children, they grow. I used to just be a D but I grew a whole cup size after just one child, not that I'm satisfied with that but I live with it because it is me.

My friend has been takin that for like a year. she still looks the same. so i say no. it doesnt work from what ive seen save your money girl

Everything like that is for 18 and up usually and they usually don't work. And I doubt that they're healthy at any age. If you're uncomfortable with your chest size get a padded bra. I've caught many of my friends wearing bras that are all padding. Standing up straight helps a lot and just wear clothes or make up to accent parts of you that you like. Try to be confident that's one of the most attractive things you can do (though it's much easier said than done and I hate it when people tell me that--but it's true). I always tried eating fried chicken because they hormones in meat supposedly do that sometimes, but I don't know if it actually worked.
