Question: Have penis-enlarging pills ever actually worked?

I'm just curious, like, how have those companies survived until now if they are selling dangerous products if they don't even work? Are we really that insecure and stupid, guys? Or have some guys actually gotten bigger from them?

Of course they don't work. They're not even called "penis enlarging pills, " because that isn't what they do. They're called "male enhancement " which is a vague term, that doesn't mean anything at all. Legally they can't be called male penis enlargement pills, because they don't make the penis larger. If they did indeed work, they would be worth their weight in diamonds, and every male would be taking them, and we'd all be carrying around our penises in wheelbarrows!!

If these pills actually worked, don't you think every man in the world would be buying them? the reason these companies stay in business is because they mostly trade online and therefore are very hard to track down. also the companies don't say your penis WILL get bigger if you take the pills, they claim that your penis MAY get bigger, in actual fact though, it stays exactly the same size, and you just end up wasting more money on pills thinking if you take them for long enough they will work.

There is no such thing as penis-enlarging pills. The "bigger " they refer to is just an erection. Its a substitute for Viagra

In a word, no. The pills work by increasing blood flow to the penis, so (good ones) probably have the effect of giving you stronger erections, but they will not give you any extra size. Apart from surgery (which is dangerous & very expensive), the only penis enlargement method which works is exercises. Because they increase the amount of blood that the penis can physically hold, you can gain extra inches length and width if you do them properly.
