I am I heathly for my age size and weight?
Okay I am 14 135Ibs and I am 5,2 ish I think and I wear a size 3 7 pants depends on the pants and I wear a meidum shirt usally some times small and some times large but usally meidum

I am 15 years old, and have always been fairly active and athletic, but last spring, I came to the realization that I was overweight at this time I was about 5'9" , now I'm about 5'10 1 2" . At my heaviest point I was wearing an extra large which fit snug on me in pretty much everything, I'm not sure what my weight was though. Now I wear either a medium or small in everything, mediums being somewhat too loose, and my weight is 159 pounds. Everyone I know says that I look really good and thin now, not to mention I can always see my ribs no matter what when I am shirtless. Anyway, on to my question, does it sound like I'm too thin for my size and or age?thanks for the answers so far, I probably should have said this in the question, but the reason I asked this is only because several people have said I look too thin, but that may be do too my weight loss which falls some where between 27 30 pounds and my natural slim build. And while I'm at it, just another little detail, I have gone down from a 34 waist to a 30 waist.

I can one rep max. 100kg 220lbs, i am 16years old and weigh 76kg. The onyl reason i am curious is because i go to a very small gym and have never seen anyone lift this much as everyone i have seen have done loads of reps on a low weight.

Hey, I was at the gym today and i did my set of squats and i did 10 reps of 220. I'm currently 17, about 5'11' and roughly 157 lbs. Since did 10 reps of it then i'm sure i could do alot more for just one rep, Is this pretty good for my age and size ?

Truthfully, I love my body, but I do eat very, unhealthy and barely gets any excercize at all. So I am not asking this question because I am unhappy with my body, I am asking it for health reasons. I am 14 years old, and I am around 5'6 5'7, and I weigh somewhere between 125 130 pounds. What do you think about this? If you think it is a bit unhealthy, I am thinking about starting a healthy diet and planning on going for bike rides and walks now that summer is almost here Please help Thanks
